About the position

As a Customer Success Manager, you are the primary advocate for our clients, ensuring they use our innovative solution to improve patient’s lives, optimize their clinical trials, and achieve measurable outcomes. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and internal teams to build strong partnerships, drive product adoption, and create long-term value for our customers.


You will play a key role in helping the industry transform clinical trials and the impact this will have on patients.


Key responsibilities:


  • Customer Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for our clients, ensuring a smooth integration and responsiveness to their questions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, including nurses and administrators, as well as decision-makers.
  • Training & Education: Conduct product training and offer continued support to clients, ensuring they are correctly using our platform.
  • Data-Driven Success: Use data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate product success and patient impact.
  • Proactive Account Management: Regularly engage with clients to assess their satisfaction, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement or additional support.
  • Customer voice: Be the voice of the customer within our company, providing product feedback.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understand healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and ensure customer data is handled in compliance with all relevant guidelines.
  • Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to resolve complex issues and improve our platform’s performance.


About you


  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role within the healthcare or health-tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
  • A customer-centric approach with a passion for improving patient experience.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
