Marketing Communications Specialist

We’re seeking an energetic and driven Marketing Communications (MarCom) Specialist to join our fast-growing team at Curewiki. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the voice of an innovative healthcare platform while driving impactful marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C channels. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with our HR team to translate their recruitment marketing and employer branding visions into a clear communication plan and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Digital Marketing

  • Develop and manage Curewiki’s (AI-driven) content for B2B and B2C channels, including articles, videos, etc.
  • Align content with marketing goals to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with partners on co-branded content (e.g., webinars, campaigns).
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns, adjusting based on performance metrics.
  • Use marketing automation for email campaigns, retargeting ads, and social media.
  • Translate Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing ideas into clear communication.

Event and Press Management

  • Organize and manage Curewiki’s event presence and maintain an event calendar.
  • Work with PR agency to build media relationships and thought leadership.
  • Track and analyze PR and event performance for lead generation and brand awareness.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Collaborate with analytics team to refine content strategies based on performance data.
  • Provide feedback to ensure content aligns with marketing goals and supports growth.

About You

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications, content marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing preferred.
  • Proficiency in English; other languages (Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian) optional.
  • Proven content creation experience for B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Basic project management skills for managing content calendars and campaigns.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, social media, email).
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for remote, cross-functional teams.
