Life at Curewiki.
Autonomy & Collaboration
At Curewiki, we embrace a flexible work environment where employees manage their time based on their responsibilities.
Some days may be fast-paced with urgent tasks, while others allow for deep, focused work on important projects.
Our team collaborates regularly through meetings, brainstorms, and workshops when needed, all within a structure that gives everyone the freedom to contribute and excel.
Remote but together
Curewiki is a fully remote company, giving employees the flexibility to work from anywhere, while ensuring in-person meetups for key strategy sessions or workshops when needed.
Our tools, such as Slack and Google Workspace, keep communication and collaboration seamless across the team.
We operate using the OKR framework to align on goals every two weeks, and every quarter, we meet in person to refine our Key Results.
Innovation & Transparency
Innovation is at the heart of Curewiki’s culture. We encourage employees to explore creative solutions to new problems, with the freedom to innovate and drive impactful change.
Our company also maintains a culture of transparency, ensuring team members are informed about important decisions, including strategy and financials, fostering trust and alignment across the team.
