Our team collaborates regularly through meetings, brainstorms, and workshops when needed, all within a structure that gives everyone the freedom to contribute and excel.

Remote but together

Curewiki is a fully remote company, giving employees the flexibility to work from anywhere, while ensuring in-person meetups for key strategy sessions or workshops when needed. 

Our tools, such as Slack and Google Workspace, keep communication and collaboration seamless across the team.​

We operate using the OKR framework to align on goals every two weeks, and every quarter, we meet in person to refine our Key Results.
