As a Business Developer at Curewiki, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying, engaging, and closing sales opportunities within smaller CROs, clinical trial centers, and hospital sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Use Apollo, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling to build a strong sales pipeline. Research and qualify key decision-makers.
- Deal Closing: Manage the full sales cycle, pitch Curewiki’s value, tailor proposals, and negotiate contracts. Align internally on pricing and closing strategies.
- Optimization: Track and analyze outreach performance, adjust tactics based on insights, and report on trends for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing to optimize outreach strategies. Share customer feedback with product teams and ensure smooth handovers to customer success.
Required Qualifications:
- Hunter Mentality: Relentless in chasing deals and thriving in outbound sales.
- Tech-Savvy & Automation-Oriented: Comfortable using Apollo, Odoo (CRM), and other sales tools.
- Strong Communicator & Negotiator: Able to pitch, persuade, and close deals efficiently.
- Resilient & Self-Motivated: Handle rejection well and stay focused on results.
- Data-Driven Approach: Analyze outreach efforts and continuously optimize based on insights.
- Fluent in French & English (Dutch is a plus).
